Hola, una consulta ¿Se pueden cocinar garbanzos en cocción lenta al igual que los porotos? Los garbanzos tienden a soltar una espumita, me preguntaba si al hacer el mismo proceso de los porotos con garbanzos, esa espuma pudiera representar alguna dificultad… ¿?
